Solution
Firstly, there is no way that you need that much amount of RAM, no there will be no problems but the only problem is waste of money, unless you are doing intense of PS, after effects ...etc layers work, so 8 gigs of RAM is very enough....also the i5-3570k is a better choice than the i7-2700k, both are quad cores, both can be overclocked, so when ever you need more you will get out of the i5-3570k...

So as i mention above, get 8 gigs only of RAM, replace the i7-2700k with i5-3570k, that will save you about 120$ plus what you were going to pay for a GPU ( i will assume a 100$ ) = 220 $ which can afford you a nice GTX 660
and you can get an Antec VP550P power supply.....

Lower your amount of memory, do you really need 12Gb of it ? and why the 2700k ? get the i7-3770k, and what do you mean by high efficiency power supply ? is it branded or not ?
Can you tell us please your main purpose of the PC, because if it is for gaming, then get an i5-3570k and only 8 Gigs of Ram, and spend the money on a better GPU and PSU

And what resolution you will be running at ? so we can recommend the best GPU suitable for you....

It is for gaming, and I'm gonna upgrade the power supply when i upgrade the graphics card. Also as far as resolution the only game i will be playing is league of legends which i can run on my i3 laptop; however, I want to be able to live stream it on twitch tv. Also is there a disadvantage to having 12gb ram? Will that create problems? Or is it just necessary to have that much ram with the rest of my specs. Please help out i'm kinda lost here.
