you know its like this with every game. They under rate every game with hardware... take battlefield 3 for example.... They say they recommend a Core 2 quad and aGTX 260... that will only get you mixed medium settings. In reality to get super performance maxing the game out you need a Core i5 and a GTX 670 or 7970

My mother plays a 'farming simulator' on a laptop almost exactly like this.

Its fine on gameplay.

Try reseting your router/modem, clearing your internet cache, defraging your HDD, and re-installing the game (if its an in-browser game, empty your cookies etc;)

My brother plays bf3 on his set up at ultra 4xmsaa and rarely ever falls below sync cap..
on a phenom II, with 6870's at 1080p no problems..

and the solutionz gaming pc's run i3 2120's, 7850's on a 2560x1440 yamakasi screens at high(few setting at ultra) with 4xmsaa

Right.. But i'm talking the whole game maxed and never even coming close to the 50's in FPS

juzzz sayin'.... the cpu you suggested is a bit op for such a gpu bound game...
my computer when I disable crossfire(to single 7970) runs worse than hes does with the 6870's and with hes cpu which is much lower powered than mine..
960 vs 2500k
I agree 100% about the GPU:D  not so much the cpu
have a good one :D
