Graphics card for video editing on a budget

I am building a budget video editing build to run adobe after effects. premiere pro and 3ds max. I am connecting it up to dual 1920x1080 monitors. Im pretty sure i need a Nvidia card because of the CUDA cores. I was looking at the gtx 650 so i could spend more money on other items but i heard that the cheapest card that adobe is compatible with is the gtx 470. Would like to spend as little as possible on the video card unless you can really convince me i need to spend more. I am from Australia btw so forget about rebates and stuff. Thanks.
