Help with building a new pc.

Hi I'm fairly new to the computing world and I need some advice in terms of what pc to build, I will be using it for gaming at I just want to be able to game smoothly with fairly high quality graphics I don't have a huge budget and I wondered if someone could give me the perfect specs for my needs.

we cant give you perfect specs if you haven't give us any info...like whats your budget and does that budget include a monitor...do you need windows os as it costs $100
