GPU? PC won't power on

Hi Guys,

I would like to ask the people in this good community about my problem.

My PC died suddenly, I initially thought that it was my PSU because of a previous burn out of my old PSU. It turns out that the cause was the GPU (Sapphire Radeon 6850), when my GPU is plugged in my PC won't power on, if it's unplugged my PC boots.

My questions are these:

1. Is my GPU burned out or dead or broken?
2. Is my PSU's cable broken?
3. Is my Motherboard's PCI-E broken?

Can you list your MB and PSU models. Sounds more like a faulty GPU or PCI-E slot. Any way you can test the GPU in another computer?

The GPU is bad had same exact thing happen with XFX 7750 and it had work before it did it.
