A red one :)

Seriously, need more info than what you have supplied.

what is the rest of your system for example, mobo, cpu, memory?
screen resolution?

More information is definitely required. However, I feel inclined to warn you that Assassin’s Creed 3 is infamous for having horrible FPS. Regardless of how good your rig is. If you are going to be building specifically for Assassin’s Creed 3 there is a lot more to take into consideration than just the Video Card. My recommendation would be getting the best card with in your price range ignoring Assassin’s Creed 3 in general or build an entirely new computer. Please see:

Good Luck, and Regards.

At that budget, GTX 660 would be your best bet. What is your power supply unit (make and model)?

Damn, in that case, if you can spare the extra $30(after rebates), get this 670 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168.... It will max any game out on ultra and most likely in the coming years too. A very solid investment. If you cannot spare the extra money, get a 7950 such as this one - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168..., which is $305 after rebates
