More information is definitely required. However, I feel inclined to warn you that Assassin’s Creed 3 is infamous for having horrible FPS. Regardless of how good your rig is. If you are going to be building specifically for Assassin’s Creed 3 there is a lot more to take into consideration than just the Video Card. My recommendation would be getting the best card with in your price range ignoring Assassin’s Creed 3 in general or build an entirely new computer. Please see:
