Amd radeon hd 7850 vertical lines crash

hey guys i bought new pc 2 months ago,i had a problem with bsod 119,then i replaced my graphic card with new one,bluescreen was gone,but i have random blackscreen or crash with vertical lines,sound loops repetitively,it happens randomly,i play dota2,la noire,hitman absolution,here is my pc config
