Speaker still on with headset attached.

some third party programs don't support headset profiles and they come
out of both the headset and phone speakers, and sometimes none. you
might have to wait until the bug is fixed with the software in a future
release, or try to get a different program, i have a nokia 6600, which
is symbian series 60 like the 6620, and i use smartmovie, you have to
pay for it, but its worth it, it even works with bluetooth headsets
