Screen freezes at motherboard bios screen

hi i switched to a new case,everything before was running fine, but since my rig has a new case and a new H100 and also 3 new fans, my screen freezes at the Asrock Logo
but if i unplug my harddrive i can enter the bios...

i also tried 2 other harddrives, but its the same problem
i can put some pics if needed...

Remove all hardware and memory, but leave one memory stick installed. Only keep your boot hard drive plugged in. If it boots fine, start adding items one at a time (i'd start with memory first). You'll eventually find what's causing your boot issue.

Are you sure your power supply is large enough?

Problem solved, hdd was the problem, not physical , i messed up the partitions or something like that. All works fine now
