DV9500 Lines down screen

Hello All,

I wonder if you would be able to kindly help me.

I have a HP DV9657em and for some reason after loading windows i get lines down the screen,

I have reinstalled Windows 7 which seemed to resolve the issue for a while however i has reoccurred.
