Best video card for my current computer

I want to upgrade my ATI Radeon HD 4250 Graphics for a better graphics card in hope of running games better. What would be the best graphics card in the $100 range for my computer?
I have a 300w power supply.
My cpu is a AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 635 Processor.
4G of DDR3 RAM.
And my cpu seed is 3.2 GHz.

I only have a 300w power supply while this requires a 450w supply will it still work with my computer or no?

the 7750 cards doesn't need a 6 pin power connection , it draws all the necessary power from the pci-e slot, so the answer to your questions is yes

Just make sure your PSU is of a good brand -- your CPU and the recommended graphic card will need together 160W -- it still needs to power all the other components, and you have just 140W for them.
