okay guys. so my computer crashed the other day and HDD failed. i finally got it back up and running but ive been using a usb wireless adapter. i do not have the disk anymore to install the drivers, nor will my computer install them from the internet because i dont have an internet connection on my desktop. what are my options to have them installed?

Look the adapter up in Device Manager and form its Properties page, chose Details then scroll to HardwareIDs and take down the four characters which follow VEN for Vendor and the four after DEV for device. Input those details at http://www.pcidatabase.com and follow the trail to the maker's website for the right driver then download and install it.

With all that done, to find the wireless security key, here's a link to the Sticky Post on this issue.
