Wondering if I have enough power, or another issue is here

So recently my computer has been shutting down kind of randomly. I've been checking core temps right after shutdowns and they never exceed 55C, so I know it's not overheating. It started on a Steam game called Dungeon Defenders. Today it happened on Guild Wars 2. So the idea that I might not have enough power to run the system came up. Is this the case? I hope not... If not, any ideas to what might be making my computer randomly turn off during game play?

I should note that when it happens on Dungeon Defenders, the screen turns black, but the computer stays on. No sound can be heard from the game, and ctrl-alt-del doesn't work. Once in a great while the computer will just shut off. With Guild Wars 2 today, it shut off. Again, I've checked my temps using gpu-z and CoreTemp - highest i've seen gpu is 55c, cpu is 47c.

You have more than enough power. 500w would be plenty.

Just ran Furmark and Prime 95 to really give my system a run through. Cpu gets to 47c. Gpu gets to 72c. Might try a memtest later to see if I can get anything. Otherwise, I can't find anything in windows event viewer, other than the computer unexpectedly shut down.
