Looks good to me. You don't have a case listed but that's the only issue I can find.

you live near a microcenter? if not, you will pay much more for that cpu.
outher then that you did good.
like, realy good xD i guess you can cheap out on the mobo if you want, get the 79 dollar z77 from asrock. save 50 bucks that you can put in a gpu such as this one, if you can find some more $$$$ it will work much better. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

if you cant, look in to i3's, they are very capable cpu's and cost another 50 less that you can put to a better gpu.
