Yup its ok till that. Fans are running on 100%, Right?

Actually, I'd start worrying if he were achieving those temps WITH full (80%) fan speed...
Don't remember how hot my 670 got when I last played Crysis, but I hit about 70C on BF3 overclocked, on 60% fan speed.

yeah i think the fans are full.. coz my load was about 93% and its not overclocked. i live in india and here the ambient temperature itself is a little bit high.

Mine has never gone above 48, thats playing games like Skyrim (max settings and modded), Crysis 2 (Ultra and HD texture pack), Metro 2033 etc

Is there enough air circulating in your case?

Well Evga isn't much friendly to Cooling   Look at that card, No Fans. :na:
So thats Nice temp for that GPU.

But I'd say use MSI Afterburner and control your Fan speed.

I too live in India, but the Temp outside doesn't effect much. Well its Winter :sol:

Do these steps and then share here:

Install MSI Afterburner
Enable On screen Display

Play games and Then check these things:

GPU Temp:
GPU Usage:
GPU Fan Speed:

That temp is fine but one thing you should note is at 80C the card starts throttling itself to keep the temps under 80C it is not dangerous but you get more out of the card if you keep it under 80.

This says 97C is max temp so you are fine.

*scratches head* That's odd, don't think I've ever seen my 670 card hit 80C before in BF3 on max settings..
Oh well.

Whatever you use, just tell the specs.

changed the fan curve in precision and now the temps dont go beyond 68C :D  bf3 touches 65C at full load and 75% fan speed and warhead touches 68C at full load and at 80% fan speed... are these readings ok?
