Hi,
I had exactly the same problem with MS Flight Simulator. I'm still testing,
but it was either bad RAM or too much RAM, because I replaced my 2GB with
512MB.
Try testing you RAM, you've got nothing to use. There is a freeware utility
called MemTest which you could use.
HTH

2. If you've been unable to see the exact error due to a system restart then
To stop this behavior go to Control Panel / System / Advanced /
Click the Startup and Recovery Settings button / Uncheck the box
labelled "Automatically restart" under the System Failure section.
4. If the error indicates a file name that begins with ati, or nv (nVidia)
the most likely solution would be to install the latest drivers using
the instructions at: http://mvps.org/nibblesnbits/Video.html#drivers
7. Hope this shines some light on the situation. If it seems like a lot of diagnosis,
and I agree that it is, try a repair installation of Windows instead, test your RAM
and update your drivers (step 4) to optimize your Windows XP installation. :-)

Step one (System Restore) was for new errors.
Since it's not a new error, continue troubleshooting from step 2.
