Upgrade: CPU or Graphics Card?

I'm looking to upgrade my computer. I currently have an AMD Athlon II X3 455 Rana 3.3GHz Socket AM3 95W Triple-Core CPU and an MSI N460GTX Cyclone 768D5/OC GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 768MB video card.
I'm looking to spend under $200, and I'll likely buy either the Intel Core i5-3350P if I go CPU, or the Radeon HD 7850 2 GB if I go the video card route.
Which way would end up providing the best benefits?
