Upgrade: CPU or Graphics Card?

I'm looking to upgrade my computer. I currently have an AMD Athlon II X3 455 Rana 3.3GHz Socket AM3 95W Triple-Core CPU and an MSI N460GTX Cyclone 768D5/OC GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 768MB video card.

I'm looking to spend under $200, and I'll likely buy either the Intel Core i5-3350P if I go CPU, or the Radeon HD 7850 2 GB if I go the video card route.

Which way would end up providing the best benefits?

the 7850.

While at it, if your motherboard supports it, see if you can unlock the X3 into an X4.

If you want to get an i5, you will need a intel motherboard. I also suggest the 7850 and anyway, haswell is coming so you can either take advantage of cheap ivy's/sandys or get haswell itself.
