More about radeon 6450 upgrade
  1. Should have gone Intel, but your processor will be fine.
Exact model of your PSU? Manufacturer?
  2. i will just check now ive realized i should have gone intel i don't know whether i can convert over some time but AMD have served well so far. P.S thanks for the fast reply
  3. What resolution is your monitor and approximate budget?
  4. my PSU is win power

    model: AD-E500AE-A5/A6

    my budget is around 100£

    and my monitor is 1280x1024
  5. bump
  6. thats a pretty weak PSU, i wouldn't go any higher than a 7770.
  7. would you be able to maybe advise me on which graphics card i should get and will it be good with battlefield 3 plus i could maybe save up for a new PSU
  8. at that resolution, a 7770 would perform very well.
  9. okk thanks very much so this is the one i should be buying? http://www.ebuyer.com/413365-sapphire-hd-7770-ghz-edition-1gb-gddr5-dvi-hdmi-displayport-pci-e-graphics-11201-17-20g?utm_source=google&utm_medium=products&gclid=CPP-4cS1orQCFefMtAodqlAA6g and what settings will i be able too run it on with these specs?

  11. sorry about that but can someone answer that last reply please?
  12. That one is fine.

You should probably be able to max most games for now at that resolution getting 30+fps.

20 on Metro 2033. So you wil lahve to lower the setting. I bet if you turn off some AA, you can hit 30+

    35 on BF3

Also, have some patience, expecting replies 2 hours within your post is not always going to happen.

Thanks for that. please be sure to mention that it's not an instant chat site like MSN or IRC though.
  15. have the same pc specs as you other than an AMD bulldozer 8120. the graphics card is pretty rubbish but still able to play skyrim and battlefield 3 smoothly on low settings and half resolution. its fair to watch but really, just go for an Nvidia 660 or something. that is whjat my choice is because I want to play the top spec games like battlefield 4 and crisis 3.

Just another question though, what is you Power Supply Unit? (in watts)
