Budget is right around 1400 (<1300 in parts).

Any modifications suggested? This is a gaming PC and I may overclock the CPU. It will be used on a TV only doing 1920x1080 fyi.

Not sure on what type of case to get if I go with water cooling - but I think the air cooler will work well for this build.

I don't know, I've had two Antec PSU's fail on me, but never had an OCZ PSU fail on me.

I'm a fan of OCZ Powersupplies. My current rig runs one.
 



there is no oem in existance that hasn't gotten a return of a defective unit. Ive seen a few seasonic and corsair units already who have been returned do to it failing. all OEMS are subject to bad batches.
