I have had this computer running for over 2 years. I tried a new video card, and different memory. I still am getting the same thing - 1 long beep and 3 short beeps.

That indicates a memory failure...Could you list your system components for us...

Have you tried using the "memok" button?
You say it's been running for 2 years...was the system oc'd?
Did anything happen that caused the system to start acting this way?

Moved the video card to the other slot, and it is working fine. Still going to send the board back to Asus for repair.
