Those look fine, motherboard wise this is a great choice http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=2291302&CatId=6976 unless you wanna spend a little less in which case the Pro version of this board is just as good.

For air cooling the NF D-14 would be good, but it could get in the way of the memory and you might have to take some of the casing off. http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=5592441

Or if you were willing to try closed loop watercooling you could go for an H100i.
