Also that board only has a PCI slot. The Graffics card you linked is a PCI-E slot card.

You would be better off to replace the motherboard and CPU and Memory now and then save up for a new power supply and video card later.

You can fit a MATX board into that case. So a good board would be a H61 Intel socket 1155 board. that way you can buy a decent priced 2 core chip now and be able upgrade to a i5 Quad Core or i7 Quad Core (or even a i3) later.

Eh, I'm at about $100 right now. Is there any possible way that i could upgrade the mb and processor, and keep my current hardware (PCI Video Card, DDR2 ram, IDE hard drive) until I can upgrade that too?

You can reuse the IDE hard drive and PCI video card, But the ram is not something you can reuse, the good news is ram is cheap,

i think you are better off upgrading your whole pc including a new case, mb, gpu and cpu. coz with $100 its impossible to build anything even half decent.
give us atleast $250-300 and we can suggest a cheap intel or amd build.

Also if you watch Newegg.com from time to time they have shellshocker deals for MoBo and CPU combos around 80 bucks... But finding one of those that takes IDe might be fun.

The one I posted will fit his current case and almost any case he might upgrade to. Its around 100 dollars and can be upgraded with a second 4GB stick of ram and later a 500 watt PSU and GPU and be a pretty good gaming PC.
