Computer is not detecting my graphics card

Hi my computer is not detecting my EVGA GTX 560 Ti. I have it connected to my monitor through an HDMI. When I turn on the computer, the fan on the GPU begins to spin and the computer boots into windows fine. When I look inside device manager all I find is "Standard VGA graphics adapter". Also I've looked inside programs like CPU-Z and they don't show the 560 Ti. I've already tried to set 1st priority PCI-E in BIOS. Nothing happens. I am stuck.

Any help would be great. :)

Thanks in advance.

But if it is not showing up, how will I delete the old ones?

Thanks for your reply.
