Hello all, thinking of purchasing a new build Desktop with the following specs:

Intel® Core™ i7 3820 Processor (4x 3.60GHz/10MB L3 Cache) - Intel Core i7 3820

8 GB [2 GB X4] DDR3-1600 Memory Module

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti - 2GB

Gigabyte GA-X79-UP4 -- 4x PCI-E 2.0 x16

120 GB ADATA S510 SSD - AS PRIMARY

2 TB HARD DRIVE -- 64M Cache, 7200rpm, 6.0Gb/s - Single Drive - AS DATA

Was wondering what you all think, and if it would be compatible with Guild Wars 2?

Well, is 3820 a BAD option?

Okay, I'll keep that in mind. Other than that what do you think? And would you say that a 600W power source is enough?

I can always upgrade the GPU at a later date as well if I'm not happy with performance right off the bat, but from what I hear a 660 ti actually just about on par with a gtx 670.

And your intended system kills gw2 like ant. I just built my own, 3770k, 7950... And when i logged in the game, I REALLY didn't think i got in the right game, the graphics look totally different on ultra

I put every parts together myself. Most people here build pc for themselves, otherwise they wouldn't be here discussing about pc :D
