Windows keeps crashing upon boot

Hi,Windows keeps crashing everything I try to start it up. The stop error on the blue screen reads: 0x000000ED (0x84884A10, 0xC0000185, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

Try The following step one bye one. If one step fails move on to the next one.
1. Try booting in safe mode.
2. Try Start up repair
3. Check Processor temperature via BIOS. If too high then may be you have replace thermal paste.
4. Format and Re install Windows.
