2 EVGA 560 Ti SLI or 1 560 Ti + PNY Quadro 2000

So I already have an overclocked EVGA 560 ti but i'm thinking about the next upgrade I'll be making. I'm an architecture student so I don't use the PC for gaming. The question is should I just get another 560 Ti and run them in SLI mode or should I opt for the PNY Quadro 2000 and still keep the 560 Ti. I'm not sure what would work best in my case. I already have 16GB Ram and an i7-2600k processor clocked at 3500mhz.

I'd recommend a quatro right away. The 560 Ti wouldn't be useful and you'd be better off selling it.

Ive actually had really good luck with the new w5000 from AMD.
