Pc wont discover second GPU......

I removed my second gpu lately because I had to fix some cables. When I plugged it back in, my pc simply refuse to discover it.

What ive done:

Removed both gpu and changed sockets, also changed direction of the crossfire bridge. I also reinstalled the drivers with 1 card inside and then re-install the second one, etc etc..it still doesent work. I got it to work only once and when I came back today the card was undetected again, even when I had crossfire on yesterday.

Help?
