  1. Only things I would change are no 2TB drive, get a couple or four and put them in raid-faster access and data protection, I have a 4 drive raid 10. Get rid of WIN8 in favor of WIN7. Just a preference to ensure all drivers are available and for program compatibility.

Just my personal preferences, what you got will do just fine.
  2. perfect build. but yeah, I'd go Windows 7 over 8. No benefits to going 8. poor Windows. ...yet again.

    What's the monitors?
  3. If this is for gaming, this is way overkill. How many monitors and what resolution?

Would i need an external RAID controller for having my hard drives in RAID-10?

I chose windows 8 because it uses less RAM i am just going to disable the live tiles and other crap and re-enable the start menu so it will be like windows 7 but it runs better.

What size hard drives did you use for your RAID system?

Lastly, will my PSU be enough if i want to overclock my CPU to 4.0GHZ?

Looks good then, it will be a beast.

I would go with this PSU though.
