MAXTOR D540X 4K vs Fujitsu MPG 3409 AT

Hi,
can anyone tell me which of this to Hard disks is better?
-MAXTOR D540X 4K
-Fujitsu MPG 3409 AT
both are 40Gb.

I would go with the Maxtor model. In that series you can also get a 120 and a 160. They are 5400rpm drives is the only draw back.
