Bought a 7950, bad decistion?

So I bought a Sapphire 7950 vapor x OC, running it at 1100mhz, but recently I was looking at some benchmarks for example this one
http://www.techspot.com/review/565-nvidia-geforce-gtx-660-ti/page7.html

and it seems like the 660 Ti outperforms it, I could of gotten a 660 ti for practically the same price (overclockers.uk)

so my quesiton is, is the 660 Ti actually better, should I return my 7950?

Thanks in advance

More about bought 7950 decistion
  1. don't worry about that. if you don't have problem running games with your card then you're good to go.
  2. its all about the drivers. performance will improve with time
looking at the charts there is 5-10 fps difference which is not the end of the world. you can get those 5-10 extra fps if you overclock your processor

also they made that review with 12.7 drivers while we have 12.11 version now so read these reviews with a grain of salt

Well, I can for example run BF3 single player at 60fps+ with 1080p res, ultra, 8xaa but once I play multiplyer fps drastically drop, I think mu cpu is limiting, but simply if someone said which one would be better 7950 or 660 ti, what would the answer be?
  4. this review was done with more recent drivers from both camps:

  5. Pretty much a tie that varies from game to game so I wouldn't worry about. If you only play one or two games then you would have wanted to get reviews from those games to make the choice.
  6. CPU is used heavily in BF3 multiplayer, I believe the use is enough that it has been programmed to take advantage of up to 8 cores.
  7. You are going to be very happy and satisfied with your GPU. Just don't take that TR article very seriously because it creates confusions instead of clarification. Enjoy your games with an awesome card :)
  8. They are pretty much tied. One wins in one game, while another one in other game. Neither is superior. No need to return the card - have fun with it instead :).
