Graphics Card Upgrade

Hello, I have an HPE-210y, and I was wondering if there were any recommendations as to graphics cards that would provide a significant advantage over my HD 5450 without having to upgrade my PSU. If that is not possible, which PSU/card combination would be compatible with my current system? I'm pretty good with computers, but I'm relatively new to dealing with actual hardware components. Are there any other upgrade recommendations that you would make?
