That CPU is not compatible with that motherboard. You need a socket 2011 MOBO for that CPU. However, since this is a gaming build, don't get that CPU, it's way too much power. Get an i5 3570k with the MOBO you have listed and you'll be fine.

Same story with the RAM. Get 8 GB (2x4GB) of a good brand - Kingston, G.Skill, Corsair, Samsung - and you'll be set. No need for 16 for gaming.

Avoid the closed-loop CPU coolers, they don't really get any better performance than a good air cooler. Get a Noctua D14 or a Hyper 212 EVO and you'll be able to overclock pretty much as well for much cheaper.

What brand of PSU are you looking at? It makes a huge difference. Also, if you're only planning to use one GPU, then you don't really need 750W - 650 is enough. However, keep the 750 if you plan to use multiple GPUs.

I am pretty sure the 7750 will not perform as well as you want. You'll need a stronger GPU like a 7870, 7950, or 7970 for top-notch performance, especially on dual monitors.
