That Corsair will work but I recommend these PSU's, they do really well in all the tests done to them and the Corsair Builder Series is known to use cheap capacitors: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371045 Either one will work though, Corsair is still a good company. When you plug in a dual slot GPU it takes a slot below it not above. As long as there's a free slot in the back of the case below the lane it's plugged into it'll work.

No, it's not bad, it's how (all. or most) graphics cards are made. They have the PCB and the core, which is cooled by a heatsink and fan. When you install it it will face down. The graphics card WILL work if you are planning to purchase one, just be sure to get a good PSU because if it fails it can destroy your whole system.
