I'm thinking about getting the HD7770. Also, i'm not sure if the 7770 would fit because its dual slot sized. I looked in my PC and it looks like there is room above my PCI-E slot. It has 1 PCI x16 and 3 PCI x1's above it. Can anyone tell me if it would fit? I'm thinknig about getting this Corsair 430 watt PSU for it. Would that be good enough?

This is my PC:

That Corsair will work but I recommend these PSU's, they do really well in all the tests done to them and the Corsair Builder Series is known to use cheap capacitors: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... Either one will work though, Corsair is still a good company. When you plug in a dual slot GPU it takes a slot below it not above. As long as there's a free slot in the back of the case below the lane it's plugged into it'll work.

Keep in mind that the shroud (The bit with the fan) is going to hang down.

No, it's not bad, it's how (all. or most) graphics cards are made. They have the PCB and the core, which is cooled by a heatsink and fan. When you install it it will face down. The graphics card WILL work if you are planning to purchase one, just be sure to get a good PSU because if it fails it can destroy your whole system.

Would that Antec 450 W one be sufficient?

Yea that will work fine because your graphics card(assuming you are getting the 7750) won't use much power. The earlier recommended Corsair one is fine as well.
