want a monitor no os required
budget is rs 45000 (846usd)
mainly used for gaming and video editing
would like to overclock
would Xfire in future
monitor size should be 18.5" with minimum resolution of 1366x768

If you are getting a 7850, Might as well get a better monitor that supports 1080p

And If you want to overclock, get an i5 - 3570k. AMD processors dont keep up in CPU intensive tasks which are not heavily reliant on parallel threading.
But the i5 will be pushing your budget up.

Those prices are approximated. Go do some research for your area if you are not comfortable ordering online. What sort of games do you play?.
