What do you think to this computer

Hi there,

I'm looking to buy a gaming computer for about £500/£600. Most people seem to recommend building it yourself but I am very cautious as to buying all the individual parts and fitting them myself and any online site I find that lets you customise your computer seem to be overpriced.

That's why I've resorted to looking at prebuilt computers. I've found one for £550 with these specs:

AMD FX 4170 AM3+ Quad Core 4.2Ghz

M5A78L-M/USB3 Motherboard

1 TB Serial ATA Hard Drive

8 GB DDR3 1600 PC 12800 Memory

ATI HD 7850 2gb GDDR5 PCI-E Graphics Card With HDMI

750w PSU

Windows 7 included

I know it doesn't look amazing, but is it ok for my price range and will it be able to run top-end games (such as Crysis if that is still good)?

My biggest worry is the CPU as it is an AMD FX. Will this actually be a problem and could I just put in an inel i5 easily?

Thanks in advance.

You can do alot better than that for 550 quid! Building a computer is easy. I'm 13 and did mine in 2 hours. Just ask me or someone for a PcPartPicker list and use that!
