Putting a pc together for watching video and downloading

can someone help me, im looking to build another P.C. right now i i have a AMD 8120 eight core processor, ati radeon hd 5450 graphic, and a GA- 970A-Ud3, i want to up grade so i can down load faster, and make video for You tube, please help

Your current PC should be perfectly fine for doing what you want to do. Downloading faster has nothing to do with your PC and everything to do with your internet connection. I think even an AMD 5450 is perfectly fine for viewing and editing video, unless you are encoding or doing other things with them. You can test your internet speed here: http://www.speedtest.net/ if you want to see what you are getting.

though speedtest.net isnt always accurate

guess it depends how busy they are

just tried it and it only shows my download speed at 46MBs

when its actually 66MBs

yea when i ran my performance test it said that my graphics was an 4.6, also when im trying to convert it takes forever so i figured it was time to up grade, but if my system is ok no need for and other one.
