Age of mythology : blank landscape

Greetings,

I installed AOm on ths following machine :
win xp sp2
AMD 1.66 Ghz
GForce MX 440
Direct X 9c

Latest Drivers for GForce MX (dec 04)
the games loads ok, but when it begins, the landscape is all blank -
white (no, it is not the snow map ), excepted that the games answers
ok , music plays , but I cannot see anything !!

I cannot play any longer on this machine

any ideas ?

First, make sure you apply the latest patch update, and then make
sure that you lookup your card at: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/331147
