Case - coolmaster elite 430/431p
Power Supply - OCZ/silverstone heaby duty SLI 850 W
Motherboard - ASRock(Asus) EXTREME4 4xDDR3 SATA3 7.1GBLAN XFireX/SLI
CPU - Ivy bridge Intel Core i5 3570k 3.4GHz quad core cpu
CPU Cooling - thermaltake ISGC 300 low noise CPU fan & heatsink
Graphics Card - AMD/ATI HD 7950 3 GIG DVI/HMI/DP
Hard Disk Drive - 1 terrabyte seagate SATA 3 7200rpm
RAM - 8 gig 1600Mhz DDR3 G.Skill Ripjaws
OS - windows 7

i dont really want to change anything cause i can get some of this stuff cheaper from a friend... but is this good enough for most popular games and would i encounter any problems??

you will do good with that setup. but, just to make sure that we can help you get the best out of your system, could you let us know your budget and which parts you will get from your friend and which you will buy new

You do not need an 850 watt psu . As it is it will run on a 500 watt unit , and a 650 watt psu will run a crossfire set up .
More than that is wasted money

The cpu cooler is a very old model and is OK
But something like the Xigmatek Gaia is far better and only $20 at Newegg

consier windows 8 . Lots of small improvements . And a much better license that means you can transfer it from one pc to another and not have to buy a new OS which you do with 7 oem.
Make sure its 64 bit

It's good, but I have one curious question. Is the brand of the 7950 actually AMD? Like, OEM?
