Wondering if this will be able to run arma2/dayz, br3 kind of games on at least high with 30+ fps. Also would it be better to go with go with a b75 chip for mobo or upgrade to a p8h77-i for an extra 30 dollars? Kind of dont want to spend too much but will it show better preformances?

A motherboard won't give you any better performance but the graphic card and processor will. If you have a little extra money, take a 3570k instead of that i3 for future games. Anyway, most of the games ask for four cores and i3 have 2 with 2 threads (most of the desktop one's).

Agreed with The Brownie, an i5 / i7 or AMDs counterpart the FX 4300 / 6300 / 8350, will run Arma 2 & its DayZ mod much faster then the i3, as Arma 2 loves more then two cores, and the GPU you have will run it just fine. I personally run an AMD FX 6300 at 4.4 Ghz & EVGA Geforce GTX 560 and it gets around 50 FPS most times, otherwise around 45 or so with most settings turned high.
