Pretty much everything is good but the video card. You should take a GTX 670 instead. It's cheaper and better than the 7970.

What's the difference? The 7970 is a 3gb card, and in comparison see it perform better than the 670 on specific games. The 7970 is $425, while the EVGA 2gb 670 gtx is $400.

The ram quantity on a video card won't directly impact it's performance. Also, the GTX 670 performs better on some games, and 7970 on some games too but in the general graphics card benchmark, the 670 is 2nd in the world and 7970 is 3rd.
