Can someone help me find out what to do with this error?

BCCode : 19 BCP1 : 00000020 BCP2 : 82AE4598 BCP3 : 82AE46D8
BCP4 : 0A280001 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 768_1

(In 2 of my games, the system suddenly starts studdering and restarts the
computer and the it pops up a message that says: Windows has recovered from a
serious error- Im using Windows XP proffesional)

Hi Grail,

Those errors are difficult to resolve, but not impossible.
To begin troubleshooting, please post which games you
are having that error with, and how long ago this started.
