Can my computer use a HD 6670?

I have an Acer Aspire X3300 with a 220W ATX power supply from Delta ( http://www.globaltekoutlet.com/Delta-Electronics-220wat... )
And i was also wondering if it would fit into my pc

you need to upgrade your PSU bcoz its just 14A@+12V not sufficient and HD6670 is GDDR3/GDDR5 which one.

Simu is right. Your power supply will not be able to power the system up if you get a discrete graphics card.

you psu could power the radeon 6450 though but you will have to make do with low settings

i would recommend corsair cx430 v2, if your cab. is mid tower.

are you sure that power supply unit can work in my pc? the socket for the power cable is on the left on my case

hes got a verythin case, normal atx powersupplies wont fit...

thats why sunius suggested the above ;p

He will have to upgrade the power supply regardless of which card he chooses. 220w IS NOT enough for a discrete graphics card.

Well, you can always measure your power supply dimensions and compare it to the one I have suggested.

No i was more worried about the socket on the PSU which the cable goes into as the socket on my case is on the left while the socket on the psu you recommended is on the right

my current psu's dimensions are: W=8cm H=5cm D=20cm and the Be Quiet TFX Power 300W Small FF PSU's height is 2cm taller will it stil be able to fit?

dimensions of the acer case u have:

265 (H) x 352 (D) x 100 (W) mm (with bezel)

and power supply is:

85 x 70 x 177 mm.


i think it should work :)  but id ask a second opinion

thats just as good, +1 sunius for the recommandation , shuttle makes good ps for htpcs and slimline cases.
