I agree with MHD LORD. GTX 660 is the best GPU in your price range.

thank you for your input i am indecisive still, i really like what i have seen and read about a XFX Double D Radeon HD 7850 2GB GDDR5 and a MSI TF 2GD5 GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 i just have to have one with double fans = coller GPU and faster overclocking potential !

It depends on what psu, a good psu 450w will do for a 7850 or 660 gtx(recommended, it's better than the 7850), both only require a single 6 pin pcie connector.
The 7870, although better needs more juice and two 6 pin cpie connectors, i wouldn't recommend it.
So what's your psu brand and specs ?

The one you have is a decent psu, it can do for a 7850 or 660 gtx, no problems at all.

The seasonic is overkill for those gpus, if you need to replace get this one :

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
It will do even for a 7950/7970 or 670 gtx.

or a psu for crossfire or sli (660 gtx or 7850) :

Rosewill has good quality psus, but never mind that, i don't understand will you buy now the new psu ?
Cause you can perfectly have a 7850 or 660 gtx single with the BFG Tech GS-550.
Anyway within that price only the 7850 :

1GB : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

2GB : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

No im going to upgrade the GPU now later when im ready to xfire ill upgrade the PSU im going with the

XFX Double D Radeon HD 7850 1GB it will be a vast improvement on my HD 5570 has a nice price and xfire will be cheaper + nice lifetime warrente and a free game! thank you for your help
