Suggest Good gaming rig under 1 lakh inr or 2000$

I want a good gaming desktop which could be able to play y Flight Simulator X at maxed settings with good fps.
I'll be using almost 9 hours in a day and sometimes more than 18 hours due to long flights.
I already have windows 7 professional and 120gb ssd.
My budget is flexible ±200$.
I am not interested in over clocking.
I am also not going to buy products online as in India many online sellers cheat and I am not interested ordering pc from outside of India.

Are you looking to assemble the computer yourself or are you more looking toward a 'pre-built'?
FSX is a CPU dependant program and does not really benifit from a great graphics card or multiple cores. What it does like is a fast processor - loves overclocking. An Intel i5 3570k should perform fine especially when overclocked.
