The best possible graphics card for my rig?

Hello, I was wondering what the BEST possible graphics card I can put in my PC without it bottlenecking, overheating etc?

I was thinking about an nVidia GTX 660TI, but according to someone it'll have a 9%.
I play all game genres except strategy. I play games a lot.
I have a £300ish budget.


Current System:

AMD Phenom II x4 955 Black Edition CPU
AMD M5A78L/USB3 Motherboard
nVidia GTX 550TI Graphics Card
8GB RAM
250GB HDD

At that budget you should DEFINITELY get a GTX 670.

Though, what is your power supply unit? GTX 670 needs two 6-pin power connectors to work.

On a budget like that I would reccomend the XFX Radeon HD 7970 Dual Fan Edition. It is a very good in performance and keeps cool due to the dual fan and the ghost thermal technology.

Go for a 7950 or 670 on nvidia side
