Hey, I have recieved funds to upgrade my PC. :D

I have about 220$ devoted out of my 500$ upgrade budget for a GTX660.

My question is, which is of these has the best blend of speed, quietness, and OC capability?

MSI: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127699

Gigabyte: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125443

EVGA: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130826

ASUS: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121664

Also, if someone can find me the Cheapest i5 3570k (even if the heatsink isnt included) and OCZ Fatal1ty 750w PSU, I'd appreciate it.

I've seen that is faster, but the fact being that I've grown up from a small child on the GF3, I cant go to AMD now that I've been with Nvidia forever haha.

The thing I'm most worried about is OC headroom and how loud a card is.

Haha yeah pay no attention to the AMD fanboys. GTX660 is a superb card and a really solid choice.

Ordering tonight, I really like the temps the Gigabyte card, but it doesnt throw hot air out the back of the case..

As far as OC goes, it looks like the gigabyte and the ASUS have the most OC ability, but neither throw the hot air out the back...

BUT,, I do have an H60, so I guess airflow isnt AS important as it could be.

Still stumped.

Might just go with my gut and get the ASUS, because on benchies it gets the second highest core clocks (behind the gigabyte) I think the gigabyte would look tacky with my red/black color scheme.

Are ASUS cards quiet?

I have the MSI one myself. :)
Its very quite and cool.
Temps hardly cross 55, idles at 33.
You can even OC it more, but factory OC is enough.

Don't consider the Core clocks, you can easily surpass those Clock speeds with a mild Overclocking.
I guess, the MSI Twin Frozr is the best cooling out there for the Cards.

And get i5 3470 instead. Why waste money when you are not going to get enough Performance.

i5 3570k needs a Expensive mobo and Better cooling than stock, if you are going to overclock. And if you don't aim to OC then what is the need to buy 3570k. :na:
You'll have to OC it to 5Ghz to get a reasonable boost. (Actually 5-10 fps in CPU bound games, but there are less CPU bound games)

And a 600w PSU will even do the work. But it is better to be future proof. ;)

Grab the GIGABYTE its avery good card it's overclocked and has great TEMPs "Load & Idle" n don't worry it performs as the 7870 when using the latest driver and i've found a comparison between it and the 7870 when they used 12.4 driver (first driver for the 7870 ) and the 660 (with first diver too) and the 660 was on par with the 7950 not even the 7870 so u must bear in mind that most of te reviews are a bit unfair

Latest drivers increase performance. Hence, you shouldn't compare 2 cards through Old Drivers.

Those Old drivers would give 30fps (Just a example), But the new ones will probably give more fps.
And when comparing a 7870 with 660 with latest drivers, 7870 is mostly better in terms of fps.

But still, I suggest 660.
And I too have one. :D

Sumukh is right that 7870 will deliver more frames/second (not much though - a little less than 5% more on average) but the GeForce will deliver consistently higher performance, instead of up/down stuttering performance. Plus the huge benefit of adaptive v-sync and the smaller (but still worthwhile) benefit of PhysX, I'd say is worth more than <5% frames/second gain.

Dang i didnt know amd cards was that bad i remember when i did have my geforce gtx 460 fpb it ran decent

Haha send it my way! I'm on an old 4870 (had a 5970 but it died... and to be honest, good riddance). This 4870 should be just about sufficient for Black Ops 2 and Dishonoured. Might give Starcraft 2 a shot also until I can get my hands on that GTX770.

I have a Biostar TZ77xe3, I plan on OC'ing mate.

Also, I have an h60, so OC'ing will happen :p

I want the Fatal1ty PSU to go with my red/black scheme.
