Is my system outdated?

In other words would I notice a difference in online gaming by upgrading anything?
I basically play Call of Duty Black Ops II. I use widescreenfixer and flawless widescreen. I have an eyefinity setup with three 25 inch 1080p monitors.
CPU: i7 930
GPU: 6970 2gb
Ram: 6gb Cas 6 ddr3 1600 mushkin redline
HDD: 500gb single platter... 2tb storage
Power supply: 1k watt mushkin....i had two gtx 480s before so i needed that much
