Touch Screen Monitor Suggestions

Hi,

I want to build my custom desktop for general home usage.

Priority: Movies/Videos, Web browsing, light gaming(probably)

my first requirement is a good monitor with:
1. 1080p resolution or higher
2. Multi-touch capable
3. Available in my country(I am from India)
4. Screen Size: 21" or bigger.
5. Panel should be good quality to family members have a good time watching movies/videos on it.

Please suggest monitors that fulfill these requirements. I will be purchasing a computer around this and also buy Windows 8 to take advantage of the touch screen.

I know I could go the pre-built all in one PC's but I think they are either too expensive or not available in India. Also I want to have fun assembling the computer.
