My computer shuts down unexpectedly windows 7

Hello,
I have a toshiba lap top with windows 7. Lately after I put it on sleep or hybrinate it shuts down. when I power it up I get a message that it has shut down unexpectedly. I ask for solutions but it comes up with nothing.

First,,,try turning OFF ...BOTH sleep and hibernation...

More then likely it is a conflict with a USB device such as a printer, external audio device, etc. Turn off your hibernation mode in the control panel- power settings. This should fix the problem.
