That system will run just fine on a Corsair 430 watt 80 plus - those sometimes go for $20 AR. (I ran a similar system fully overclocked on an Antec 380 watt)

Get this 880G MoBo, 760G is old school and no modern I/O ports. This one is cheaper, too: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

This HAF 912 case is way better and cheaper (free ship, too) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

This will likely be a more reliable drive (WD Blue) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

(edited from crappier dual rail Thermaltake after looking closer at it)

You would probably be happier long term with an fx-6300, but the 965 is still a great CPU if you can't squeeze that in.

Yeah, that would be a great case if they come back in stock before the price goes up.

Just noticed that Mb only runs 95W processors. SO it would run a fx 4300 or 6300, but not the 965 BE (125W). Sorry I didn't look closer, I was just doing a quick search.
